Participants in this 3 session workshop explored Sonic Art History and piezoelectricity by creating their own vibrational “instruments” and Art at The MCAT Production Studio in The Missoula Public Library. Co-Insructor is Jay Bruns. Funded in part by a grant from The Montana Arts Council.


Tricycle Forge Blacksmith School; 2018 - Present

The Turn a New Leaf Project engaged participants around the city of Missoula with an opportunity to blacksmith a small leaf. This project was funded in part by a grants from The Montana Arts Council , The National Endowment for the Arts, Republic Services Charitable Foundation, and Missoula Urban Demonstration Project.

Sonic Landscapes; Fall 2020

Participants were invited to engage with the landscape of the Missoula Urban Demonstration Project and reused materials to create Art objects utilizing sound. Funded in part by a grant from The Montana Arts Council.

Pedal Power participants engaged in reuse while learning metal fabrication to create pedal powered Art over the course of a six Saturday class held at Free Cycles Community Bike Shop in Missoula, MT
